Nope! We only get paid once the sale is over.

We have years of experience and are able to accurately value items based on current market trends and historical data. We're always transparent about how we arrive at our numbers!

It depends! We put in as much time as needed to make sure the sale is set up to run smoothly and successfully. That said, if you're in a bind, we can work around your schedule and speed things up. Typically, the process takes 1–3 weeks from the initial walkthrough to sale day.

This is what sets us apart from other companies: we identify items that haven't sold and take with us any we believe just need a little more time and the right audience. Once one of those items sells, we send over the agreed-upon commission split.

We also make an effort to connect with local organizations or thrift shops to donate any remaining items we're unable to take with us. We hate throwing things away!
